超声心动图在诊断慢性心力衰竭时的临床价值研究

The Clinical Value of Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Chronic Heart Failure

目的：探析超声心动图在诊断慢性心力衰竭时的临床价值。方法选取2015年6月-2016年4月我院收治的35例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究组，选取同期35例健康者为对照组，均给予超声心动图检查，测量比较两组患者的左心射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVDd）、冠状动脉左前降支内径（LADd）。结果研究组患者的LVEF低于对照组，LVDd、LADd高于对照组，组间比较差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在慢性心力衰竭诊断中，超声心动图检查可作为参考依据，临床应用价值高。

ObjectiveTo study the clinical value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure.Methods In our hospital from June 2015 to April 2016 of 35 cases of chronic heart failure patients as study group,select the same period of 35 cases of healthy persons as the reference group,they were treated with echocardiography,two groups of the left heart shot ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular diastolic end diameter（LVDD）,coronary artery to the left anterior descending branch diameter（LADd）were measured and compared.Results The study group of patients with LVEF was significantly lower than the reference group,LADd,LVDd was significantly higher than the reference group,there were significant differences between the groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Echocardiography can be used as a reference in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure,and the clinical value is very high.
