皮瓣移植修复手外伤组织缺损患者的临床护理研究

Clinical Nursing Research on Skin Flap Transplantation for Repair of Tissue Defect of Hand Trauma

目的探讨皮瓣移植修复手外伤组织缺损患者的临床护理方法和效果。方法选择我院收治的手外伤组织缺损患者80例,随机分为对照组和实验组各40例,两组患者均采用皮瓣移植修复术,对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者采用系统全面的临床护理,对比观察两组患者护理效果。结果实验组疼痛时间及肿胀消失时间短于对照组,实验组术后并发症发生率及患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对皮瓣移植修复手外伤组织缺损患者进行全面护理工作,有利于患者手部功能恢复,提高了生活质量和患者满意度。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical nursing method and effect of skin flap transplantation in repairing tissue defect of hand trauma.Methods80 cases of hand trauma in our hospital were selected,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group,two groups of patients were repaired by skin flap transplantation,patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,patients in the experimental group were treated with systematic clinical nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The time of pain and sweling of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications and patients’ satisfaction rate were better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care of patients with hand injury and tissue defect repaired by skin flap transplantation,it is conducive to the recovery of patients＇ hand function,improve the quality of life and patients＇ satisfaction.
