翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘球结膜移植术临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of Pterygium Excision Combined With Autologous Limbal Conjunctival Transplantation

目的：探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘球结膜移植术的临床护理方法。方法以我院于2015年1月-2016年1月收治的60例行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘球结膜移植术的患者为研究对象，按照时间顺序分为两组，采用常规护理的对照组（30例）和采用综合护理的观察组（30例），对比两种护理方式的效果。结果观察组的复发率、护理满意度均优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘球结膜移植术的患者实施综合护理，效果显著，患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate clinical nursing of the pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal conjunctival transplantation.Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were treated 60 patients with routine pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal conjunctival transplantation for the study,divided into two groups in chronological order,the control group with conventional care （30 cases）and the observation group used integrated care（30 cases）,compare the effect of two kinds of nursing methods.Results The recurrence rate of satisfaction with care were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal conjunctival graft in the implementation of integrated care,the effect is significant,has high patient satisfaction.
