综合护理干预法在急性胰腺炎术后的应用

The Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的：探讨急性胰腺炎手术后的综合护理干预效果。方法选取我院2013年3月-2015年3月接收的86例急性胰腺炎患者来进行研究分析，将患者分成对照组和试验组，对照组使用常规护理，试验组使用综合护理干预，比较分析两组的临床护理效果以及患者的生存质量和满意度。结果试验组患者的临床护理效果、生存质量和满意度比对照组优秀（P＜0.05）。结论急性胰腺炎患者术后接受综合护理干预能够降低并发症发生率，提升术后生存治疗，促进患者的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on acute pancreatitis after operation.Methods Chose the 86 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 to research and analysis. The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group used routine nursing,the experimental group use comprehensive nursing intervention,a comparative analysis of two groups of clinical nursing effect and patients survival quality and satisfaction.Results The clinical nursing effect,survival treatment and satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications,improve survival and promote the recovery of patients after acute pancreatitis.
