摘要
目的研究并分析影响肿瘤化疗患者中心静脉置管感染因素及护理干预措施。方法收集肿瘤化疗患者86例,根据随机对照、平行、单盲的原则将其分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合护理干预。结果观察组中心静脉置管感染发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在肿瘤化疗患者的护理过程中,护理干预能够降低中心静脉置管感染的发生率,使患者更加受益。
ObjectiveTo study and analyze the influencing factors of central venous catheter infection in patients with cancer chemotherapy and nursing intervention measures.Methods 86 cases of cancer chemotherapy were colected and divided into control group（43 cases）and observation group（43 cases）according to the principle of randomized,controled,paralel and single blind,the control group received routine care,observation group combined with nursing intervention. Results The incidence of central venous catheter infection in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion In the course of nursing,nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of central venous catheter infection,so that patients can benefit more from the cancer patients.
