护理全程健康宣教在健康体检中的实施和效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨护理全程健康宣教在健康体检中的实施和效果。方法选择2015年4月-2016年2月在我院体检中心进行健康体检的365例体检者做为观察组,另选取257例体检者做为对照组,观察组在体检时实施护理全程健康宣教,对照组采用常规宣教,比较两组健康宣教的效果和健康宣教前后常见疾病指标改善情况。结果宣教后,两组自身健康知晓率和疾病防治率均大幅提高,观察组提高幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宣教后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、甘油三酯和胆固醇改善(P<0.05),随访3个月后,上述指标与宣教后比较无变化且对照组宣教前、宣教后和随访3个月后均无变化(P>0.05)。结论护理全程健康宣教在健康体检中效果显著,它能帮助人们系统的了解自身的健康状况,提高对疾病的预防能力,从而提高整体健康水平和生活质量。 ObjectiveTo investigate the effect and nursing health education in health examination.Methods 365 cases for the health examination in the medical examination center of our hospital as the observation group from April 2015 to February 2016,and 257 healthy persons were selected as control group. The observation group in the examination of nursing health education course,the control group received the conventional education,two groups were compared before and after the health education and the effect of health education in common the disease index. Results After education,the two groups of their own health awareness rate and disease control rate were improved. The improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P〈0.05). After education,the observation group of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride and cholesterol were improved(P〈0.05). After 3 months of folow-up,no changes were compared between the above indexes. And no change in the control group before and after the education,and after 3 months of folow-up(P〉0.05). Conclusion The whole nursing health education in the health examination effect is obvious,it can help people to understand their own health status and increase the capacity for prevention of disease,so as to improve the overal health and quality of life.
