摘要
在专业学位教育快速发展的背景下,城市型大学开展专业学位教育既是机遇又是挑战,文章在研究专业学位教育特点的基础上,分析专业学位研究生培养定位对其导师的要求,并结合当前导师队伍建设面临教育教学观念的、导师职业素养的、教学方法的、教育对象的挑战,提出对策建议:消除对专业学位教育的偏见;促进"双导师制"的推进与落实;建立创新的师生关系;提高导师自身素质。
Under the background of the rapid development of professional degree education, it is both an opportunity and a challenge to carry out professional degree education in City University. Based on the study of the characteristics of professional academic education, this pa- per analyzes the iuirements of professional degree graduate training and orientation to the tutor. And combining with the challenges of educa- tion and teaching idea, the challenges of the tutor's professional literacy, the challenges of teaching methods, the challenges of educational ob- jects faced by the current tutor team construction,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestiom:one is to eliminate the bias of pro- fessional degree education; the second is to promote the promotion and implementation of the "Double Tutorial System" ;the third is to establish a new relationship between tutors and students and the last is to improve the quality of the tutors.
