导热油系统设备包括导热油炉、循环泵、膨胀罐、导热油储罐等。导热油在循环泵、导热油炉、用户间循环,使用导热油炉对导热油加热。自动控制系统包括PLC在内的主控制柜以及各种现场仪表和调节阀门。热媒炉和热媒系统共用一套PLC控制系统,采用上位机进行人机界面操作,使系统过程状态和过程控制实现可视化。该项目实施以来,系统运行平稳,成效显著。
