摘要
相较于常温压力容器,低温压力容器更容易发生脆性断裂,并且具有突发性和预见性差等特点,容易造成严重的事故。为此,着眼于石油化工低温压力容器设计中关键问题的分析,并重点分析了低温压力容器的选材和焊接工艺两个主要方面,对石油化工中常用的低温压力容器设计进行较为详尽的探析。
Compared with the normal temperature pressure vessel, the low temperature pressure vessel is more prone to brittle fracture, and it has the characteristics of unexpected and poor predictability, which is easy to cause serious accidents.Therefore, focuses on the analysis of key problems of petrochemical low-temperature pressure vessel design, and analyzes the two main aspects of the selection of low temperature pressure vessel and welding process, analyzes the detailed design of low temperature pressure vessel used in petrochemical industry.
