摘要
研究能够检测出水产品中含有抗生素药物残留的方法,建立检测方法。在水产品残留物中,加入MellvminceEDTA缓冲提取液,借助高效液相色谱法,对残留溶液进行净化处理,取350nm的检测波长,将溶液流速控制在0.85m L/min。然后对水产品中含有的抗生素药物残留进行梯度式的洗脱。该种方法在实际实验中操作,比较简单,实验现象反映灵敏,实现结果精准度高,实验残留液对于环境的污染较小。
Objective : To study the mode capable of detecting drug residues in aquatic products containing antibiotics, the establishment of detection methods.Methods : Aquatic residue was added Mellvmince-EDTA buffer extract, by means of high performance liquid chromatography, the residual solution was subjected to purification, detection wavelength of 350nm is taken, the solution flow rate control at 0.85ml/min.Then the fish containing antibiotics contained residues in the gradient elution.The operating method in actual experiment, relatively simple experimental phenomena reflecting the sensitivity.Achieve high accuracy results, test the residual liquid is less for the environment.
