考虑路面温度条件的无机稳定砂砾基层材料抗裂性能研究

Research on Cracking Resistance of Gravel Base Stabilized with Inorganic Binders Considering Pavement Temperature

摘要 根据施工地区气候条件变化,采用热传导方程计算了路面结构内温度梯度的变化;计算了不同施工季节和养生龄期的无机结合料稳定砂砾材料的干缩开裂系数和温缩开裂系数;提出了评价无机稳定砂砾材料干缩和温缩开裂性能的适宜龄期;对比分析了无机结合料稳定砂砾的抗裂性能,推荐了符合实际气候环境变化的抗裂评价方法。 Changes in temperature gradient of the pavement structure were calculated with heat conduction equation according to the climate change of the region where the construction site is located. The coefficients of drying shrinkage and thermal shrinkage of the gravel base stabilized with inorganic binders were calculated with seasons and curing age in consideration, and suitable time for the evaluation of cracking resistance of the gravel base was proposed. Evaluation method in line with climate change was recommended in terms of the comparison of cracking resistance of gravel base stabilized with inorganic binders.
