自2003年国家深化农村信用社改革以来,吉林农信已经从一个发展落后的合作金融机构变成一个主要经营指标排名全省商业银行首位的新兴强企。当前,吉林农信的发展正处于一个新的历史起点上,其主要矛盾与关系已经发生了很大的变化,本文站在时代的高度,进一步讨论在农村金融改革新时期的八个重要关系,澄清模糊认识,统一思想,为全面加快农村金融综合改革试验步伐提供参考。
