摘要 介绍一起因火焰筒弹性密封整圈缺失造成大量冷空气进入燃烧室通道,引起燃气轮机排气温度分散度异常案例。通过对该异常工况的持续跟踪和分析、并深入检查关联部件,历时一年最终将此故障根除,又对此故障的潜在危害和根本原因进行探析,为处理和避免类似故障积累经验。 It is introduced that gas turbine exhaust spread is abnormal, due to large amounts of cold air entering into chamber passage, caused by missing complete hula seal of combustion liner. Through continuous tracking and analysis of the phenomenon, in-depth in- spection of related components, the failure lasted for a year is eradicated eventually. At the same time, potential damage and root cause are exploratory analyzed, which are valuable experience to troubleshoot and can avoid similar failures.
