螺杆桩基础静载荷试验与承载力分析 被引量:9

摘要 对6根23m螺杆桩进行了静载荷试验。通过P-s曲线法和lgP-s曲线法,判定单桩极限荷载。采用加权平均计算法和经验公式法,计算螺杆桩极限承载力,并分析螺杆桩基础的荷载传递规律。研究结果表明:螺杆桩的极限承载力由直线段桩体的桩侧剪移摩阻力、螺纹段叶片外缘厚度的剪移摩阻力、螺纹段叶片下地基形成的侧阻力及桩端阻力等4个部分构成。宜选用lgP-s曲线法来判定极限承载力。极限荷载的加权平均计算法还需要进一步完善。 The static load tests of six screw piles were carried out, and the length of each pile is twenty-three meters in the test, the ultimate bearing of single pile of screw pile foundation was determined through the P -- s curve method and lgP -- s curve method, the ultimate bearing capacity of screw pile was calculated by weighted average calcula- tion method and empirical formula method, and the load transfer law of screw pile foun- dation was analyzed. The result shows that the ultimate bearing capacity of screw pile consists of four parts, which are lateral shear and frictional resistance of pile in straight line segment, the shear and frictional resistance of edge thickness in threaded section blade, the lateral resistance and end resistance of foundation under the threaded section blade.The lgP --s curve method should be used for the determination of the ultimate bearing capacity,the weighted average calculation method for the ultimate loading needs to be further improved.
