摘要
利用地上客运交通规划理论四阶段法预测的城市物流货运量作为地下物流网络建立的数据基础,打破传统物流网络构建思路,利用分层分级配送构建思路,考虑地下物流设施建设成本高的特点,以物流设施建设成本、运输费用及中转服务费用为最低的目标函数,以物流设施的节点、运输管道容量限制及管道路线最长限制等为约束条件,建立一个数学模型,并用遗传算法进行求解。对实例进行计算和分析,验证了其有效性和实用性。
The amount of L--OD is used as the data base in setting up underground logistics network,which is predicted by a four-stage method in passenger transport planning theory above-ground. Traditional logistics network structure, in which the hierarchical classification and distribution is used, is broken.At the same time, considering the high cost of the construction of logistics facilities,a mathematical model is set up,which uses objective function with lowest building cost, transport expense and transfer fee and expresses the constraints of logistics nodes facilities, pipeline capacity and the longest pipeline route.Then genetic algorithm in adopted for the calculation.A case is studied to calculate and analyze its validity and practicability.
