摘要 电梯井道环境对线缆有很大的影响,使电梯的制造和安装成本较高,且维护困难,为此提出一种点对点的无线电梯召唤通信系统.该系统以协调器为核心,通过无线单元完成与厅层终端节点的信息收发,通过RS485接口与电梯主控制器相连,取代原有线设备实现电梯系统召唤信息的采集、传输及处理功能.利用433 MHz频段良好的绕射性能,以处理器ARM M0516为核心,结合Si4665射频芯片,设计并实现单台电梯无线厅层召唤的原型系统,开发了协调器及厅层终端节点的软硬件电路.电梯井道现场测试结果表明,该系统不受轿厢位置、曳引机或变频器启停影响,在不同电梯运行状态下都可实现稳定的信号传输,且主芯片可自行定义协议参数,易融入原电梯整机系统. Since the environment of hoistway has great influence on cables of elevator,causes higher manufacture and installation costs and increases the difficulties of maintenance,this paper proposes a point-to-point wireless call communication system for elevators. The system takes the coordinator as the core. On the one hand,the information to the landing terminal node is received and transmitted by the wireless unit. On the other hand,the previous wireline equipment is replaced by the connection with master controller of elevator through a RS485 interface to realize the collection,transmission and processing of call information from the elevator system. By virtue of the good performance of diffraction of 433 MHz frequency band,and taking ARM M0516 processor as the core in combination with Si4665 radio frequence chip,we design a proto-type wireless hall call system of a single elevator. The software and the hardware circuit of coordinator and landing terminal node are developed. The test results in the hoistway of elevator show that this system is unaffected by the position of the car,the start / stop of the traction machine or the frequency converter. It can realize the stable transmission of signals under different operating conditions of the elevator. The master chip of the system can define the protocol parameters voluntarily,thus it can be easily integrated into the complete system of the original elevator.
