架空输电线脱冰动张力实验系统设计与实现

摘要 基于总线架构研制了一套架空输电线脱冰动张力实验系统,系统包括脱冰模拟实验模块、脱冰控制模块和动张力数据采集模块。脱冰模拟实验模块搭建了脱冰跳跃基本实验物理环境;脱冰控制模块由脱冰控制硬件和脱冰控制软件组成,用于模拟架空线脱冰工况;动张力数据采集模块对脱冰过程中架空线端部动张力进行实时采集。在实验室进行了孤立档耐张段架空输电线脱冰动张力教学性创新实验,加深了学生对架空线脱冰动力学特性教学内容的理解和认识。 The designed system consists of three components which are ice shedding experiment module,ice shedding control module and dynamic tension data acquisition module.The ice shedding experimental module is used for the implementation of the basic environment of the ice shedding experiment.The ice shedding control module is adopted for the realization of the ice shedding process,which contains ice shedding control hardware and ice shedding control software.The dynamic tension data acquisition module is in charge of collecting the dynamic tension of the overhead transmission lines when ice shedding.Ice shedding dynamic tension innovative experiment was done on an isolated span strain section transmission line in laboratory and it enhances the students' comprehension and recognition of the teaching content on the ice shedding dynamic characteristic of overhead transmission lines.
