摘要
针对目前的RFID阅读器一般采用集成读卡芯片作为基站成本较高,且不利于学生掌握阅读器工作原理,为了满足物联网工程专业实践教学的改革与创新需要,以物体标识技术为切入点,设计并实现了一种基于分立元件的125kHz低频RFID阅读器系统。该系统主要由载波电路、滤波电路、放大电路、比较整形电路和STM32微控制器组成,能够支持EM4100型和TK4100型RFID低频卡读取,具有低成本、低功耗、便携式等优点。实验结果表明,该阅读器电路结构简单,通过对电路的分析、测试和理解,学生能掌握RFID阅读器读写原理。
The current RFID reader with high cost adopts integrated chip as base station,and it is not conductive to master its working principle for students.Additionally,in order to meet the new requirements of education reform and innovation of Internet of things,a 125 kHz low-frequency RFID reader system based on discrete components is designed and implemented which takes the object identification technology as the breakthrough point.The system consists of a carrier circuit,filter circuit,amplifier,comparator shaping circuit and STM32 microcontrollers.It supports EM4100 type low-frequency RFID card to read as well as TK4100 type,and it has the advantages of low cost,low power consumption and portable type.The experimental results show that the circuit structure reader system is simple.Therefore,it contributes to students' deeper grasp of the reading and writing principle of RFID reader through analysis,testing and understanding of circuit.
