摘要
介绍了输油管道泄漏监测的工作原理,设计了一套基于组合导航机器人的输油管道监测实验平台。该实验平台以嵌入式系统、机器人操作系统和组合导航算法为基础,实现管道泄漏检测和泄漏点实时定位。该实验平台涵盖了管道泄漏监测的信息采集、传输、处理以及机器人运动控制等内容,有助于学生深入学习和理解机器人技术在石油领域中的应用和设计方法,掌握输油管道泄漏监测的工作原理,能够培养和提高学生的创新能力和工程实践能力。
The working principles of the monitoring of pipeline leak are firstly introduced and then an experimental platform for pipeline leak monitoring with robot based on integrated navigation is designed.The designed experimental platform is based on the embedded system,robot operating system and the integrated navigation algorithm.In the experimental platform,the contents of information collection of the pipeline leak,transmission,processing and dynamic control of the robot are covered.The experimental platform designed will help the experimenters learn and understand the applications and design methods of the robotic technology in the petroleum field,grasp the working principles of the monitoring of pipeline leak,cultivate and improve their innovation capacity and engineering practice capacity.
