摘要 运动疗法对脑卒中患者的运动功能康复具有明显作用,为使患者主动参与康复训练过程,利用Leap Motion和PC构建了一套低成本的虚拟康复及评价系统.患者在虚拟游戏引导下完成训练任务,通过Leap Motion捕获手部姿态实现上肢与虚拟环境的自然交互,更好地激发患者主动康复的意愿,系统通过任务完成度评分对患者的康复效果进行评价.试验结果表明,该系统可操作性强且成本低廉,患者通过训练可以达到辅助上肢康复的目的. Exercise therapy has a significant effect on the recovery of motor function in patients with stroke. To improve patients' initiative to participate in the rehabilitation training process, a low cost rehabilitation and evaluation system was built using Leap Motion and PC. Patients' training tasks were guided by the virtual game and gestures were captured by Leap Motion to achieve natural interaction between the upper limbs and virtual environment. To stimulate the willingness of patients with active rehabilitation, this system can evaluate the effect of rehabilitation through the task completion score. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of low cost and high maneuverability. Patients can achieve the purpose of assisting upper-limb rehabilitation.
