摘要
研究发现钛酸钾陶瓷晶须材料TISMO在多种橡胶材料应用中都表现出了优异的性能,可以改善橡胶的力学性能,特别是抗撕裂性能,同时也可以改善橡胶的耐高温性能。列举了这种材料在硅橡胶中进行的应用试验效果,旨在为用钛酸钾晶须提高橡胶性能提供一种思路。
In this report, we found that potassium titanate ceramic whisker T1SMO exhibits excellent performances in various rubber compounds. Not only it can improve the physical properties of rubber products, especially tear resistance, but also it can improve the high temperature performances of the rubber. Application examples in Silicone rubber are studied in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the applications of TISMO ceramic whisker in various rubber products to improve their performances.
