基于LTC 6804-2的超级电容器模组智能管理系统研究

摘要 针对超级电容器在串联使用过程中因单体差异导致的模块储能效率降低和老化加速的问题,设计了一种基于LTC6804-2的超级电容器模组智能管理系统。系统硬件包括超级电容器单体电压测量电路、单体电芯表壳温度测量电路、模组充放电电流测量电路、Atmega2560为主控芯片的CPU电路。系统软件包括LTC6804-2芯片的配置与超级电容器单体电压数据读取、温度数据读取、充放电电流计算、Atmega2560任务管理与通信。实验结果表明,该系统测量精度高、速度快、功耗低,具有很好的工程应用价值。 For the problems of module energy storage efficiency reducing and aging accelerating because of cell differences in the series use of super capacitor, an intelligent management system of super capacitor module was designed based on LTC6804-2 .The system hardware includes the super capacitor monomer voltage measurement circuit, temperature measurement cimuit of the single electrical cores case, module charging and discharging current measurement circuit and the main control circuit based on Atmega2560. The system software includes the configuration of LTC6804-2 chip and super capacitor monomer voltage data reading, temperature data reading, calculation of charge and discharge current, Atmega2560 task management and communication. The experimental results show that the system has high measurement accuracy, high speed, low power consumption, can be extended to the engineering use.
