新型高效有机小分子太阳电池研究

摘要 新型高效有机小分子太阳电池作为下一代缓解能源危机的新型光伏器件,具有制备工艺简单、柔性、质轻及成本低等突出优势,为解决能源问题提供了一条新途径。针对其有待于进一步提高的器件效率和稳定性等问题,从其器件结构原理及性能参数分析入手,对器件效率的提高、稳定性的改善以及大面积器件的制备等方面的研究作了深入探讨。 Novel small molecular organic solar cells as a new type of photovoltaic devices for next generation to alleviate the energy crisis have advantages of simple preparation process, flexibility, lightweight and low cost, and provide a new way to solve the energy problem. According to the need to further improve the device efficiency and stability, based on the analysis of the device structure principle and performance parameters, the efficiency improvement, stability improvement and preparation of large area devices were researched.
