余热发电成套技术关键事实标准及其体系研究与工程应用示范

摘要 针对我国水泥窑余热发电成套技术在海外项目推广中遇到的标准瓶颈问题,课题组织大量行业调研与专家会议,研制水泥窑余热发电成套技术标准体系和关键技术标准,为水泥窑余热发电成套技术项目"走出去"配套完整体系的技术标准支撑。开展水泥窑余热发电标准体系、关键标准、比对手册在海外水泥窑余热发电工程的试点示范应用,实现我国技术标准对海外余热发电贸易项目的技术主导作用。 For solving the bottleneck problem of the cement industry waste heat recover), station (WHR) in the overseas projects, this research developed sets of technical standards system and the key technical standard of cement industry. WHR power generation by organizing plenty of industry research and expert meetings, to form a complete set of technical standard system for overseas projects. It sets up a pilot demonstration of the application in overseas projects with technical standards system, the key technical standard and compared manual, to achieve the leading role in overseas projects.
