三合三虫汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛

Treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia with sanhesanchong decoction

目的:观察三合三虫汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将70例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者分为三合三虫汤(治疗组)40例,中成药元胡止痛片(对照组)30例。结果:治疗组痊愈率为85%,总有效率100%;对照组痊愈率26.7%,总有效率86.7%。两组痊愈率、总有效率比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗三合三虫汤带状疱疹后遗神经痛明显优于中成药元胡止痛片治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of sanhesanchong decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods： 70 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients were divided into the treatment group with 40 cases in it, and the control group with 30 cases in it. The treatment group were treated with sanhesanchong decoction, while the control group were with traditional Chinese medicine Rhizoma Corydalis pain-killers. Results： The curative rate of the treatment group was 85% with a total effective rate of 100%; while the curative rate of the control group was 26.7%, and the total effective rate was 86.7%. There were statistical differences of the curative rate and the total effective rate between both groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with sanhesanchong decoction is superior.
