对比剂肾病中西医诊治的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of contrast-induced nephropathy

随着医学影像学诊断技术及介入治疗的快速发展,对比剂使用越来越普遍,对比剂肾病发生率逐年增加,对比剂肾病已成为医源性肾损害的主要因素,对比剂肾病相关研究已成为医学界研究的热点。笔者将对比剂肾病的最新研究进行综述,并着重介绍中医及现代医学相关诊治研究进展。

With the rapid development of medical imaging diagnosis and interventional treatment, contrast agent is used more and more widely, the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy rate increased year by year, and contrast-induced nephropathy has become the main factors of iatrogenic renal damage. Therefore, the relevant research of contrast-induced nephropathy has already become the focus of medical researches. This article will review the latest researches on contrast-induced nephropathy, and focus on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of contrast-induced nephropathy.
