摘要
应用高效液相色谱法、液质联用法、放射免疫法、酶联免疫法、化学发光免疫法、电化学发光免疫法、全自动生化法等检测血清25-(OH)D浓度,可根据测定结果对人体维生素D的营养状况做出评价,因此,在方法选择时,应根据测定灵敏度、特异性、测定费用、测定时间及实验人员能力和实验室条件等实际情况进行综合考虑。为此,笔者对有关研究进展进行综述。
By comparing the high-performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ), LC-MS method, radioimmunoassay, enzyme-linked immunoassay, chemiluminescence immunoassay, electrochemical luminescence immunoassay, and automatic biochemical methods, the detection of serum 25-(OH) D concentration was conducted, and the judgement of vitamin D nutritional status to the human body was made according to the results of the deter- ruination. Therefore, overall considerations, such as the determination of sensitivity, specificity, cost, time, and the personnel ability and laboratory condidom, should be taken in the choice of methods.Therefore,the recent advances in this field are reviewed in this paper.
