摘要 目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动对提高初次注射胰岛素患者注射技能掌握率的影响。方法7名内分泌科护士组成品管圈,确定提高初次注射胰岛素患者注射技能掌握率为活动主题,通过现状调查,分析原因,制定对策并实施。结果开展QCC活动后,糖尿病患者胰岛素注射技术及相关知识平均错误率由原来的27.11%降低到14.68%。结论开展QCC活动,不仅提高初次注射胰岛素患者注射技能掌握率,同时也提高了圈员的团队意识,解决问题的能力及专业知识水平。 Objective To investigate the effect of control circle quality (QCC) activity on the mastery of the skills of the patients with primary injection of insulin. Methods 7 nurses in Department of Endocrinology were determined to improve the ability to control the injection of insulin in patients with primary injection. Results after the QCC activity, the average error rate of insulin injection technology and related knowledge in patients with diabetes decreased from 27.11% to 14.68%. Conclusion QCC activity can not only improve the mastery of the injection skills, but also improve the team consciousness, the ability of solving problems and the level of professional knowledge.
