舒适护理在糖尿病患儿静脉滴注中的效果分析

Observation on the Effect of Comfortable Nursing in the Intravenous Drip of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨舒适护理在糖尿病患儿静脉滴注中的效果。方法对2014年6月—2015年12月在长春市儿童福利院进行静脉滴注的108例患儿进行护理,随机分为观察组(舒适护理)和对照组(常规护理)各54例,比较一次穿刺成功率、一次静脉滴注成功率和不良反应。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率(94.4%)、一次静脉滴注成功率(90.7%)和不良反应发生率(7.4%)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在糖尿病患儿静脉滴注中的应用效果满意,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in the intravenous infusion of children with diabetes. Methods Nursing care of 108 children with intravenous drip in Changchun children＇s Welfare Institute from December 2015 to June 2014, were randomly divided into observation group （comfortable nursing） and control group （routine nursing）, 54 eases in each, compared with a success rate of puncture, a success rate of intravenous infusion and adverse reactions. Results The success rate of first puncture in the observation group （94.4%）, the success rate （90.7%） and the incidence rate of adverse reaction （7.4%） were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing in the intravenous drip of diabetic patients is satisfactory, and it is worth to be applied.
