分析多样性护理对糖尿病患者治疗依从性及治疗效果的干预价值

Analysis of Diversity Nursing Treatment Adherence in Patients with Diabetes and Treatment Effect of the Intervention

目的探究分析多样性护理应用在糖尿病患者临床护理对其治疗依从性和治疗效的影响,分析其干预价值。方法选2014年12月—2015年12月于该院就诊的68例糖尿病患者,随机分成两组,行多样性护理的34例患者入研究组,行常规护理的34例患者入对照组,对比两组患者依从性及血糖(空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖)控制情况。结果研究组依从性与血糖控制情况均比对照组理想,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将多样性护理应用于糖尿病临床护理中可提升患者依从性,改善血糖,推荐使用。

Objective To explore the diversity analysis application in diabetic patients with clinical nursing care for its treatment adherence and the effect of governance, to analyze its intervention. Methods Chosen in December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital 68 cases of diabetic patients, randomly divided into 2 groups, the line of diversity nursing 34 patients into the group, routine nursing of 34 patients in the control group, compared two groups of patients＂ compliance and blood sugar, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose 2 h） control. Results The team adherence and glycemic control in ideal than the control group, the statistical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Diversity nursing was applied to patients with diabetes in clinical nursing can promote compliance, improve blood sugar, it is recommended to use.
