知识产权强国建设下专利制度国际协调探讨

A Preliminary Study on the International Coordination of Patent System under the Construction of Intellectual Property Powerful Country

专利制度国际协调的总体趋势不可逆转,发展中国家需要以积极的态度顺应这一趋势。我国正处于知识产权事业发展的新历史时期,建设知识产权强国既已成为我国知识产权事业科学发展的总体方向,引领国际规则和格局变化无疑将成为我国践行的国际责任。本文从知识产权强国建设的角度出发,初步研究了专利制度国际协调的相关问题,并尝试对如何实施维护国家利益的发展模式提出了建议。

The general trend of the international coordination of patent system is irreversible, and developing countries need to follow this trend with a positive attitude. Our country is in the new historical period of the development of intellectual property rights. Since building intellectual property powerful country has become the general direction of the scientific development of intellectual property in China, leading international rules and pattern changes will undoubtedly become the international responsibility of our country. This paper has preliminarily studied the international coordination of patent system in the view of the construction of intellectual property powerful country, and proposed suggestions on how to implement the development model of national interest.
