摘要
目的探讨前列腺电切模拟器在经尿道前列腺电切教学中的应用价值。方法选取24名自愿参加经尿道前列腺电切模拟培训的泌尿外科医师作为对象,参加为期8天,每天2 h的模拟器训练。初次第1 h训练结束后和全部训练结束后,采用模拟器程序为每位学员进行客观评分。结果训练后24名受试者操作总分提高[初评(74.4±5.3)分和复评(85.1±3.8)分,P<0.001];切除评分提高[初评(73.8±5.8)分和复评(85.0±5.4)分,P<0.001];出血控制评分提高[初评(75.1±8.1)分和复评(86.3±5.0)分,P<0.001];安全性评分提高[初评(72.7±6.1)分和复评(81.8±5.0)分,P<0.001];观察项目评分提高[初评(80.5±8.3)分和复评(90.6±6.9)分,P<0.001]。结论前列腺电切模拟器用于前列腺电切手术教学,可以快速提高学员的操作技能。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the transurethral prostate resection simulator in the training of transurethral resection of the prostate. MethodsTotal of 24 doctors were enrolled for the transurethral prostate resection simulators training, they were trained for eight days, and two hours everyday. After the first hour of training and after all the training, the simulators were used to carry out the objective evaluation for each doctor.Results After the training, the overall score of the 24 doctors were signiifcantly improved [(74.4±5.3)vs. (85.1±3.8),P〈0.001], the resection score was signiifcantly improved [(73.8±5.8)vs.(85.0±5.4),P〈0.001], the bleeding control score was signiifcantly improved [(75.1±8.1)vs. (86.3±5.0), P〈0.001], the safety score was significantly improved [(72.7±6.1) vs. (81.8±5.0),P〈0.001], and the visualization score was significantly improved [(80.5±8.3)vs. (90.6±6.9),P〈0.001].ConclusionThe surgical skills of urologists may be enhanced after training on the simulator rapidly.
