摘要
目的 探讨运用PDCA循环法在牙体牙髓科临床实习生教学管理中的应用。方法 选取40名2014年6月-2015年5月于新疆医科大学附属口腔医院牙体牙髓科实习的口腔医学专业本科生,对其建立档案,随机将其分为两组:观察组20人,采用PDCA循环法进行临床实习教学管理;对照组20人,采用常规管理方法进行实习教学管理。比较两组实习生的出科理论考试及临床技能考试成绩;调查两组实习生对临床带教的满意度;并对数据进行处理和分析。结果 对照组实习生理论及操作考试成绩均低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组实习学生对临床带教方式的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法是一种标准化的教学模式,可以使临床实习管理有序、规范,有助于促进带教模式持续改善、实习质量稳步提升、学生的综合能力明显提高。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA circulation method in the dental pulp department teaching management of clinical interns.MethodsSelect 40students from June 2014 to May 2015 on practice of Endodontics Stomatological Hospital Afifliated to Xinjiang Medical University Stomatology Undergraduates, the establish archives were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n=20), the PDCA circulation method in clinical practice teaching management; control group (n=20) by conventional management methods to carry on the clinical teaching management. Compare the two groups of interns theory test scores and clinical operation test scores; survey two groups of interns on the clinical teaching satisfaction; and the data processing and analysis.ResultsThe control group of interns theory and operation of the examination results were lower than the observation group, the difference has statistical signiifcance (P〈0.05), the observation group practice students of clinical with teaching satisfaction is higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical signiifcance (P〈0.05).ConclusionPDCA circulation method is a standardized teaching mode, can make the clinical practice management orderly and standardized, helped to promote the teaching mode of continuous improvement, practice quality is steadily rising, the students' comprehensive abilities can be obviously improved.
