摘要
VEGF是唯一对血管生成具有特异性的重要生长因子,有增加血管透通性、促进血管形成等作用,参与恶性及结核性等各种病因所致胸膜疾病的病理过程,深入研究VEGF可以为胸膜疾病在发病机制、诊断、治疗和预后判断等方面提供重要参考意义。
VEGF is the only speciifc growth factor for antigenic, increased vascular permeability, promotion of angiogenesis and so on, involved in pleural disease caused by a variety of causes of the pathological process, for example malignant and tuberculosis. In-depth study of VEGF can provide important reference value for pleural disease in the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, etc.
