蛋白质组学及其在脑出血研究中的进展
摘要
蛋白质组学是揭示蛋白质功能与细胞生命活动规律的学科,它揭示疾病的发病机制、发现疾病的特异标志蛋白和寻找疾病治疗的药物靶点。蛋白质组学包括双向电泳、质谱、蛋白质芯片等技术,推动了肿瘤学、神经病学等众多领域的发展。脑出血后脑组织、脑脊液等蛋白质组学研究推动了脑出血的早期诊断、治疗甚至康复。
