凝汽器布置方案的优化与分析

摘要 为了降低循环水泵扬程,对厂坪标高较高的机组,常需增加凝汽器的喉部高度。对凝汽器的低位布置方案和全地上布置方案进行了比较,分析了喉部高度对凝汽器性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用低位布置方案的喉部结构强度能够得到有效保证,但扩散角过小,压力损失有所增加,不便于抽汽管的空间布置。采用全地上布置方案,扩散角增大,喉部的压损减少,抽汽管的空间布置较易,但低压加热器及减温减压装置的布置空间有限。 The height of condenser throat is often increased to reduce the circulating pump lift for factories with higher platform elevation level. Low position arrangement scheme of condenser and all overground arrangement scheme have been compared and effect of the throat height on condenser performance has been analyzed. The results show that the low position arrangement scheme can effectively guarantee the structural strength of throat, but the diffusion angle is too small and the pressure loss will increase, which is inconvenient for spatial arrangement of extraction steam pipe. With all overground arrangement scheme, the diffusion angle increases, the throat pressure loss reduces, the spatial arrangement of steam extraction pipe is easier, but the dispose space of tow pressure heater and SDD is limited.
