摘要
结合青海西钢公司的高炉情况,设计出了上料机改造方案。介绍了台达C2000变频器在高炉卷扬调速系统中的应用情况,给出了电气原理图、装置对应说明表和部分软件程序。实际应用的良好效果验证了该系统的稳定性和可靠性。
Combined with the conditions of the blast furnace in Qinghai Xigang Company, the modification scheme of appending machine is designed. The application situation of VFD-C2000 in winding speed regulating system of the blast furnace is introduced. The electrical schematic diagram, the corresponding device table and some soft-ware programs are put forward. The good effects of practical application show the stability and reliability of this system.
