摘要
为了解决液压翻板机左右工作油缸同步性差的问题,设计了一种液压翻板机电液同步控制系统。该控制系统具备挡轮升降、翻板升降、自动加热、过热保护、整车状态检测、故障报警等多种控制功能。介绍了控制系统的总体设计方案、硬件设计和软件设计过程。经过试验证明:控制系统稳定、可靠、噪音低。挡轮升降和翻板升降灵活、稳定。翻板机左右油缸位移误差不超过1.5cm,同步性好。
The synchronization between the left oil cylinder and the right cylinder is bad. In order to solve the problem, a kind of electro-hydraulic synchronous control system of hydraulic plate turnover machine is designed. The control system has the functions of blocking-wheel lifting, plate turnover lifting, auto heating, overheating protection, condition monitoring and so on. It introduces the total technical plan, hardware integration and software design process. It is proved that the system is steady reliable and low noise. The blocking-wheel lifting and plate turnover lifting is flexible and reliable. The maximum error of placement between the left oil cylinder and the right oil cylinder is 1.5cm. The synchronism is nice.
