摘要
为解决家庭用户用电负荷不能满足用电设备的需求以及谷峰电价的差别等问题,设计一种以V9811为控制器的智能功率分配系统。详细阐述了系统的设计原理、硬件结构以及软件流程。该系统以单片机V9811为核心,通过电压、电流互感器实时采集电压电流,把数据传送到V9811 A/D模块,经过软件计算实现对电流、电压、功率、电能等电参数的精确测量,把采集到的数据通过程序设定来合理分配用户主次用电通道的开启和关闭,使用电开启通道功率容量总和不超过用户进户功率总和,达到智能分配和节能的效果。
To solve the problem that electricity load of family users can not meet the needs of electric equipment and the difference between peak and valley electricity prices, an intelligent power distribution system with controller V9811 is designed. Its detailed design principles, hardware structure and software process are elaborated. Base on the core of V9811 MCU, the voltage and current transformers collect the voltage and current, then it transfers data to the A/D module of V9811. It achieves accurate measurement for current, voltage, power as well as parameters after software calculation. The collected data is reasonably allocated household primary and secondary electrical channel to open and close by programming, total power capacity of the open electrical channel does not exceed the sum of household power. At last, it can reach intelligent distribution and energy-saving effect.
