摘要
垛板机在起吊钢板时电磁力的正确选择,直接影响着垛板机的使用效率,本文主要根据现场实际情况结合电磁力理论计算公式,建立了起吊钢板电磁力模型,并通过增加电子称、优化PLC程序,最终实现了钢板垛板机全自动上料功能。
The right choice of electromagnetic force directly affects the use efficiency when stacker lifting steel. The paper according to the actual situation combined with theoretical formulas of electromagnetic force establishes the electromagnetic force model, and finally implementes the automatic feeding function on pallet stacker by increasing electronic balance and optimizing the PLC program.
