摘要
分析中石油战略环境及实际运作状况,通过SWOT和差异化竞争等工具找出中石油发展中的不足,并据此制定中短期战略目标,从而不断提高企业盈利水平。
This paper analyzed the strategic environment and actual operation situation of PetroChina, pointed out the deficiencies in the development of PetroChina by tools such as SWOT and differentiated competition in order to set the medium-and- short term strategic target and constantly improve the corporate profits.
