摘要
以坪上煤业有限公司3#煤层综采工作面煤炭转运系统为研究对象,阐述了3#煤层所在的东翼一盘区和西翼二盘区带式输送机的跨巷安装方案,提出了优化改造的创新点,通过计算得出了可节约成本的最大值。所述的运煤系统优化改造方案可为今后相关研究和改造提供有益借鉴。
Taking the coal transport system in fully mechanized working face in 3^# coal seam in Pingshang Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as the research object, this paper expounded across the lane installation plan for belt conveyor at the east wing of plate 1 area and the west wing of the plate 2 area in the 3&# coal seam, put forward the optimized transformation innovation point, and calculated the maximum cost that can be saved. The coal conveying system optimization work can provide reference for the future research in this field.
