综采工作面支架选型分析

Selection Analysis of Support Used in Fully Mechanized Working Face

摘要 针对综采工作面具体地质条件下所用支架作了合理工作阻力、底板比压校核、初撑力确定等选型的计算,确定了ZF7000/17/32型支架选型的合理性,同时对矿压数据进行了统计分析,对初采期间工作面顶帮围岩进行了分析,进一步验证了支架选型的合理性及支架的适用性。 Selection calculations such as reasonable working resistance, bottom plate specific pressure checking and first support force confirmation of the support used in fully mechanized working face under specific geological conditions was carried out, selection rationality of ZF7000/17/32 type support was determined, statistic analysis on the rock pressure data was made, roof surrounding was analyzed during the preliminary extraction in the working face, and the rationality of the support type selection and support applicability were further validated in this paper.
