细节管理在消毒供应中心的应用探讨

Discussion on Application of Detail Management in Disinfection and Supply Center

目的 观察细节管理在消毒供应中心管理工作中应用的效果。方法 选择2015年3月~2016年3月我院消毒供应中心的工作人员30名作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各为15名,分别接受消毒供应中心细节管理和常规管理,比较两组工作人员的工作满意度。结果 观察组收回及时度评分、供给及时度评分、包装质量评分、服务态度评分均优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 细节管理在消毒供应中心的应用显著提高了消毒供应室工作满意度,有较高的应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of the application of details management in the management of disinfection supply center.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 30 staff in our hospital disinfection supply center were selected as the research objects. All cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 15 cases, and accepted the detail management and conventional management. Staff job satisfaction of two groups was compared.Results In the observation group, the rate of recovery in time, the rate of supply in time, the quality of packing and the service attitude score were all better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of detail management in the end of the disinfection supply center significantly improves the job satisfaction of the disinfection supply room, and it has high application value.
