细胞病理刮片学在诊断皮肤及黏膜病变中的应用

The Application of Cytopathology Smearson Skin and Mucosal Lesions Diagnosis

目的 探究与分析细胞病理刮片学在诊断皮肤及黏膜病变中的应用。方法 选取我院自2013年9月~2015年9月收治的59例以皮肤及黏膜病变为主要表现的患者,对该组患者的皮肤及黏膜给予刮片检查,并将其与组织病理学结果进行核对。结果 该组患者中组织切片恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率为86.67%,诊断错误率为13.33%,基底细胞瘤的诊断准确率为82.35%,诊断错误率为17.65%,黑色素瘤的诊断准确率为88.24%,诊断错误率为11.76%,良性病变的诊断准确率为90.00%,诊断错误率为10.00%。结论 将细胞病理刮片学检查应用于以皮肤及黏膜病变改变为主的疾病诊断过程中可获得较高的准确性,值得推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of the cytopathology smears on skin and mucosal lesions diagnosis.Methods 59 cases with skin and mucosal lesions diagnosis treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected. All the patients with skin and mucosal lesions were given cytopathology smears, and the result was checked with histopathologic ifndings.ResultsThe diagnostic accuracy of malignant tumor diagnosed by histologic section of patients was 86.67%, diagnostic errors rate was 13.33%;The diagnostic accuracy of basal cell tumor was 82.35%, diagnostic errors rate was 17.65%;The diagnostic accuracy of melanoma was 88.24%,diagnostic errors rate was 11.76%; The diagnostic accuracy of benign lesion was 90.00%,diagnostic errors rate was 10.00%.Conclusion The application of cytopathology smears examination on the skin and mucosal lesions diagnostic procedures can receive high accuracy, worthy of promoting.
