中高频超声对弥漫性甲状腺疾病的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Medium and High Frequency Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Diffuse Thyroid Disease

目的 观察分析中高频超声对弥漫性甲状腺疾病的诊断价值。方法 选取2014年5月~2015年8月我院收治的甲状腺疾病患者162例,均进行中高频超声检查与血流显像检查,检查结束后再进行病理检查,观察中高频超声检查诊断效果。结果 经超声诊断甲状腺腺癌符合率为95.7%,甲状腺腺瘤符合率为93.2%,亚急性甲状腺炎符合率91.3%,结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺功能亢进、桥本甲状腺炎符合率均为100%。结论 应用中高频超声对弥漫性甲状腺疾病诊断符合率高,具有较高的诊断及鉴别价值,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of diffuse thyroid disease.Methods 162 cases of thyroid diseases in our hospital from May 2014 to August 2015 were selected, and medium and high frequency ultrasound and blood flow imaging were performed in all patients, to carry out pathological examination after the end of the examination, diagnostic effect of medium and high frequency ultrasound in observation.Results The rate of diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma by ultrasound was 95.7%, the coincidence rate of thyroid adenoma was 93.2%, subacute thyroiditis in line with the rate of 91.3%,nodular goiter, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto＆#39;s thyroiditis coincidence rate was 100%.Conclusion Application of medium and high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of diffuse thyroid disease shows high rate and a high diagnostic and differential value.
