超声乳化及青光眼白内障联合手术治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼效果研究

Ultrasonic Emulsification Cataract and Glaucoma Combined Surgical Treatment Effect of Angle-closure Glaucoma with Cataract

目的研究对合并白内障闭角型青光眼患者行超声乳化及青光眼白内障联合手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院近年收治的36例合并白内障闭角型青光眼患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组。对照组行青光眼白内障联合手术治疗,研究组行白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗。结果研究组术后各项指标均显著性优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对合并白内障闭角型青光眼患者行超声乳化及青光眼白内障联合手术治疗临床效果显著。

ObjectiveTo study the combined cataract ultrasonic emulsification cataract and glaucoma angle-closure glaucoma patients combined clinical effect of surgical treatment.Methods Selection of 36 cases with cataract in recent years angle-closure glaucoma patients admitted in our hospital, were divided into research group and the control group randomly. The control group was treated with glaucoma and cataract surgery.The research group was treated with phacoemulsification and chamber angle separation.Results After operation, the indicators of the research group were significantly better than that of control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined cataract ultrasonic emulsification cataract and glaucoma angle-closure glaucoma patients joint surgery clinical effect is remarkable.
