摘要
目的完整结肠系膜切除术应用于结肠癌治疗中的疗效观察。方法选取我院结肠癌患者120例,分对照组和实验组各60例,对两组治疗情况进行分析。结果实验组的残端肿瘤残余、术后吻合口漏、局部复发发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);且实验组3年生存率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对结肠癌患者实施完整结肠系膜切除术,能够提高患者的生存率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of thecomplete excision of the colon in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods 120 cases of colon cancer patients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were analyzed.Results The residual tumor residual, postoperative anastomotic leakage and local recurrence rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and survival rate of the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than the control group in 3 years （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Complete colon resection for colon cancer patients, can improve the survival rate of patients.
