调强放疗同期不同化疗方案在宫颈癌术后治疗中的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy Combined with Different Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer after Operation

目的 探讨宫颈癌术后给予调强放疗联合不同化疗方案的临床疗效。方法 选择2012年1月~2013年12月在我院治疗的宫颈癌术后患者60例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中2012年1~12月30例患者术后给予顺铂联合紫杉醇3周化疗方案联合调强放疗治疗为对照组,2013年1~12月30例患者术后给予替加氟联合顺铂3周化疗联合调强放疗治疗为研究组。比较两组患者的近期临床疗效、不良反应,随访2年,比较两组的生存率。结果 两组近期临床疗效、2年生存率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。研究组骨髓抑制严重程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组消化道反应的严重程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 宫颈癌术后给予调强放疗联合替加氟联合顺铂3周化疗治疗具有较好的临床疗效,并且不良反应轻。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with different chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer after operation. MethodsClinical data of 60 cases with postoperative cervical cancer from January 2012 to December 2013 were respectively analyzed. 30 cases of control group from January 2012 to December 2012 were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with Cisplatin and PTX chemotherapy, and 30 cases of study group from January to December 2013 were treated with Tegafur and Cisplatin combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy. Recent clinical curative effect, adverse reactions and survival rate after two year of two groups were compared.Results There was no signiifcant difference between the two groups in the short-term clinical efifcacy and the 2 year survival rate （P〉0.05）. Severity of bone marrow suppression of two groups showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. The severity of digestive tract reaction in the study group was signiifcantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with Tegafur and Cisplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer after operation shows good clinical efifcacy, and less adverse reactions.
