甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效研究

Effect of Type 2 Diabetes Patients Treated with Insulin Glargine Combined with Repaglinide

目的 探讨甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 收集2013年5月~2016年1月期间我院收治的2型糖尿病患者126例作为本次研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组和研究组各63例,分别给予皮下注射预混胰岛素、甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗,对比治疗后空腹血糖（FPG）,餐后2 h血糖（2h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1c）及治疗总有效率。结果 两组患者经过相应的治疗后,研究组的FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c均较对照组有明显降低,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的治疗总有效率较对照组有明显升高,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对2型糖尿病患者给予甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗疗效确切,可明显降低患者的糖化血红蛋白,有效控制患者的血糖水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of type 2 diabetes treated with insulin glargine and repaglinide.Methods 126 cases of type 2 diabetic patients in our hospital were selected from May 2013 to January 2016, they were accordance with randomly number divided into two groups, there were 63 cases in the control group and the study group, the patients of two groups were given subcutaneously injected premixed, insulin glargine with repaglinide combination therapy, respectively. Fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, 2 h postprandial blood glucose（2 h PG）, glycated hemoglobin（HbA1c） and total effective rate of two groups after treatment were compared.Results After appropriate treatment, FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c of the study group was signiifcantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Treatment total effective rate of the study group was signiifcantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of type 2 diabetes treated＆amp;nbsp;with insulin glargine with repaglinide combination therapy is better, it can significantly reduce glycated hemoglobin levels in patients, and can effectively control the blood glucose levels of patients.
